BodyShock
This class is never the same twice. We use a combination of weights, tubes, balls and bands with rounds of interval training in-between so your body never gets used to the same thing.
Tabata Intervals
This interval class challenges the entire body. Bursts of intense exercise followed with short recovery periods to help boost metabolism and burn fat all day.
Lift
This full body weight workout is perfect for any beginner as well as any seasoned weight lifter. The class progressively moves through the entire body from head to toe. Each class strengthens, tones and defines the body. An awesome full body workout!
Strength & Stretch
This class is the perfect balance. A blend of 20 min of basic step moves, 20 min of weight training and 20 min of a relaxing stretch to complete the workout.
Longevity Strength Training
This class combines a variety of equipment to pump and tone the entire body. A full body weight- workout that includes balance work and a relaxing stretch at the end.
Cycle & Abs
Get moving with this simulated biking class to burn calories and keep that heart rate in fat burning mode. No experience needed just come in and enjoy the ride!
Heavy Metal Yoga
Not your ordinary Yoga Class. We combine weight training with Yoga postures to strengthen the upper body and improve core stability. Oh and we jam out to Heavy Metal music.
Zumba
Zumba is a dance fitness program that combines Latin and international music with easy-to-follow dance steps. It is a fun and energetic way to get a cardio workout.
Restorative Aerial Yoga
All classes require a 24 hour cancellation notice or a $10 fee is applied
