    I discovered my passion for fitness early on, starting with home workouts and learning from TV as there was no internet at the time. Although cosmetology was initially my first career choice and opened my first business Rapunzel Salon in 1997 I continued my passion for fitness. Balancing both beauty and fitness, I eventually merged the businesses into CHFitness and SPAphoria Salon. CHFitness is more than a job, to me it changes lives. I'm grateful to have found my purpose in helping others on their fitness journey and offering Salon services to help them look and feel their best. Welcome to the fit fam!
